Arising modern technologies are no more confined to labs or the hands of specialists. They are now shaping exactly how we believe, discover, connect, and choose, whether we recognize it or not.

With each new AI tool, application, or platform, we are not just upgrading our systems. We are rewiring our practices, expectations, and emotional responses.

Throughout my years of clinical research in cognitive psychology and scholastic training to postgraduate students in emerging technologies, I saw a clear void: the majority of people embrace brand-new modern technologies without recognizing how these devices affect their minds.

Some feel overloaded. Others feel behind. Lots of shed rely on tools, in systems, in systems, even in themselves.

That is why I chose to turn my long-running scholastic educational program on the psychology of innovation into a public book.
